The communication with this company was excellent as I am abroad and I needed to get my mums flat ready for her return from a long stay in a care home after a fall. The stains in the flat are all gone which is a miracle considering the state of the carpet before. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this business and I highly recommend them. They live up to the expectations of the name.
