Payments and Charges
Either by cash or BACS bank transfer. Full payment must be made within 30 days of invoice being sent. Late payments will incur an interest charge.
Cleaning of hazardous substances, bodily fluids or very heavily soiled areas will incur an additional charge, starting at £10.
We understand plans can change at short notice, so we are happy to amend any bookings until and including the day before. However, if we are unable to make contact or a job is cancelled on the day, we reserve the right to charge a £50 cancellation fee.
Before leaving we will always endeavour to ensure clients are satisfied with our work. However, for any reason afterwards you are not, we will be happy to return and clean the same items / areas again free of charge, providing you get in touch within 7 days of the original clean.
Our dual vacuum technology reduces drying time to normally a couple of hours, but this can vary depending on the weather, ventilation, and how dirty the fabrics are. We will give you an estimate on the day, and any additional action we recommend you take.
You can move furniture prior to our arrival, or we are happy to move or clean around any objects you wish. It will definitely help us however if smaller items are moved beforehand.
We will do our best to remove any stains we find, using our range of specialist products if necessary. However, depending on the nature of the stain and how long it has been in the fabric, it may not always be possible to completely remove.
Our special turbo brushes can scoop up animal hair with ease, but we cannot guarantee 100% removal of every individual hair.
