Our Cleaning Services

Domestic Carpet Cleaning
There are several stages to our hot water extraction (HWE) cleaning services for both carpets and rugs:
First we dry vacuum, including in crevices and edges. This immediately removes dust, hair, and anything which water would otherwise turn into mud.
Next we apply a shampoo pre-treatment tailored to the type of fabric and level of soiling, i.e. wool safe, or with additional degreasers for very dirty carpets.
We then use a CRB (contra-rotating brush) machine to agitate the fabric and loosen dirt, before performing HWE using our 400psi dual-vacuum machine. This removes both more dirt and more moisture to help fabrics become cleaner and drier faster.
Depending on the time of year and weather, we will use fans and heaters if necessary to speed up the drying process.
Extra long hoses allow us to easily reach all areas so the machine can remain outside the property, and an exhaust silencer keeps noise to a minimum.
We will treat any stains caused by common household substances during typical use / wear & tear as part of the standard cleaning price.
Finally, we use a finishing spray to rebalance the fabrics’ pH so there is no remaining traces of any treatments, and we have a range of differently scented deodourisers to choose from to complete your cleaning experience!
Upholstery Cleaning Services
Our hot water extraction (HWE) process for upholstery cleaning services is fairly similar to that for carpets.
We dry vacuum on and under all cushions, and in any crevices, to remove any crumbs or hair which often hide there.
Next we pre-spray using the appropriate treatment for the upholstery material, and use a combination of handheld and power assisted brushes to agitate the dirt. Particular attention is paid to arms and the top of back cushions as these are often the most soiled areas.
The HWE is carried out at a lower water pressure compared with carpet cleaning, as upholstery tends to be more absorbent and can take longer to dry. If cushions are reversible, we can clean both sides if required.
To speed up the drying process, we use towels to remove surface moisture and fans to help with the rest.
Finally, we use a finishing spray and your choice of deodouriser to balance the pH and keep the upholstery smelling fresh
End of Tenancy Cleaning
We specialise in carpet & upholstery cleaning, but can also offer complete end of tenancy cleaning (including oven if required) and deep cleaning services.
In addition to the carpets in each room, we clean all interior windows & frames, cupboards, door handles, switches and light fittings.
We dust all skirting boards, window sills, room corners. We also spot clean / wipe down walls and doors.
All surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom and any toilets are sanitised and descaled, while hard floors are mopped.
Prices from £35 for any room with carpet and £25 for any without. Fridge /freezers and ovens from £20-£50.

Vehicle Valeting
Much more than just a vacuum – we flush hot water deep into the fabric since that is the only effective way to fully remove those annoying spills and odours!
We have a range of hose attachments specifically designed to get into all those difficult places, including between seats.
A full clean of all interior plastics and leather (if applicable) is also included for a fixed price of £80. Additional vehicles cleaned together are £60 each.
Stain Removal / Protection
If necessary, we can use specifically mixed pre-sprays containing enzyme breakers to remove stubborn or unpleasant substances. These generally include ink, coffee, wine, vomit, urine, and blood. Very large areas or hazardous / bodily fluids will incur an extra charge.
It’s important to have spills treated quickly for best results, so if disaster strikes get in touch!
A deodourising finishing spray is included in a standard clean, but we also offer specialist stain protection (commonly known as Scotchgard™) for both new & old fabrics. This costs £20 per treatment.
Low Moisture Cleaning
If speed or drying times are an issue, we can instead carry out low moisture cleaning on upholstery using a bonnet cleaning process with different equipment.
Following pre-vacuuming the fabric, we treat it with microsplitters which crystalise the dirt and transfer it to the bonnet pad. Any remaining soiling is then removed during regular vacuuming.
The fabric is left almost dry afterwards, and with the use of our fans, can be dried out completely.
This cleaning method is much faster than HWE and uses minimal water, electricity, and harsh chemicals. However it is only suitable for maintenance cleaning on fabrics which are not heavily soiled.
