Steve from Gladiator provided a first class service when he cleaned our carpets and rugs yesterday. The advance communications were good, he arrived on time, took the trouble to survey the requirements and understand the cause of stains to ensure best cleaning products. The machinery used was quiet and effective and we particularly liked the long tubes which could go anywhere in the house whilst the machine stayed outside. The finished result was excellent.
