Steve arrived on time, was pleasant and polite, got stuck in and worked hard to get the grubby carpet to a very good standard. He advised that he couldn’t put extensive pressure on the arms of the chair, as he was concerned the fabric may start to pull. Everything looked much better when he left. Very impressed by the service, would definitely recommend.
